Preschool Corner~ Done For The 2011 School Year!

Yep- we finished all of Connors workbooks this week! I was hoping to get done this early, since we have baby #3 due in a few weeks. I have a few books we haven't worked on yet that i am saving for summer when we do a more relaxed school setting- whenever i feel like doing it :) So i will still randomly post some Preschool Corner posts when we do some fun stuff.

Preschool Corner- April (Easter And Spring)

Easter activities:

Tracing and writing the word ‘cross’-

Easter sensory bin-

Easter file folder game-

I drew a palm leaf shape and lines and he cut it out himself and taped a pipe cleaner on for the stem-

We celebrated Easter with my parents early-

We are trying to finish up all of his workbooks before baby comes in 4 weeks (!!) and he finished his first one- his Kumon cutting book!

We should be finishing up ALL of his workbooks next week! And then we will be doing more ‘relaxed’ Pre-K work- when i feel up to getting plans ready. It will probably be a couple times a week, as opposed to doing it daily like we do now. That is how it will be all summer, as we tend to do some schooling all year round.

I cut out a leaf shape and cut slits in it to make a palm leaf to go along with the Easter story she has been learning. And she taped a pipe cleaner on as the stem-
