We did all but 2 things on our fall bucket list ,there’s always next year to do the rest :)

And now,onto w*i*n*t*e*r

  • Drive around looking at Christmas lights IN our pajamas, WHILE listening to Christmas music AND drinking hot cocoa (this was hubbies idea.. .love him)

  • Huge bubble bath (i put a ton of bubble bath into the tub but it never got bigger than this.)

  • Give a secret gift to someone (We gave our pastor and his family a $50 gift card to a grocery store but it didn't quite work out to be a secret. More of a surprise gift haha.)

  • Eat snowflakes as they fall
  • Enjoy the simple pleasure of warm homemade soup
    Creamy Broccoli Soup recipe
(here is my favorite soup recipe!)

  • Watch Elf (twice!)

  • Read a Christmas book by the Christmas tree (I did read this book TO them, just had to take a pic first, haha)

  • Go see a live nativity (we thought this would be an actual live nativity, but it was robotic, haha. Still neat though.)

I've already written a Spring bucket list and will post it in a few days!

  1. Pssst.

Want to know the secret for lots and lots of bubbles?

I mean the secret for getting a ratio of almost 1:1 (water level to bubble level)?

    Are you sure?

After starting the water and adding the bubble bath, have a seat on the side of the tub. (You're going to be there for a while.)

You need to hold the spout of the tub tight causing the stream of water to blast out of the spout faster and in more of a spray. Continue holding the spout until the water level is where you want it or the bubbles get to the top of the tub. Last night I got about four inches of bubbles to four inches of water for my daughter's bath.

    It takes practice and patience.

    Enjoy making lots of bubbles!

(And congrats on your bucket list!)
